Sorry for the delayed reply, I've been adjusting to a new work schedule. There are rules located under the About Us page or on each journal header. Basically when the new round is posted (this weekend when I can catch my breath finally haha) you'll be given the new character and all the information needed to draw it. Not quite. The way this works is that the winner of a previous round submits their own character for the new round. I think right now that round hasn't started yet, but I'm sure it will soon. So once they have submitted a character a journal post is made with references for that character. To enter the round you submit art of that character. The winner of the previous round then chooses the piece they like best and it's creator is the winner of that round. The cycle then repeats as that winner gets to submit a character to be the subject of the next round!
